Since 2012, Sokoloff Arts has been dedicated to building accessible space and developing work.
Part residency, part incubator, and part home base, the Sokoloff Arts Creative Fellowship at Town Stages offers you the ultimate creative freedom to under our roof and beyond.
If you are elevating work in some intersection of arts, business, civics and social justice, the Sokoloff Arts Creative Fellowship can provide space, perspective, and opportunity to support your process.
We foster an environment where all are welcome, systemic and institutional norms are challenged, and new pathways can flourish. We encourage those who feel silenced, marginalized, or otherwise “other-ed” to share their experience and encourage those with privilege to work to unpack and dismantle privilege - so all can remain committed to conversation and community.
Fellowship Recipients are Granted a Full Year of Resources at Town Stages
Free Shared Co-Working Space
Free daily workspace. Take meetings, collaborate with your team, co-work or fly solo when Town is open to the public.

Weekdays

Weekends
10AM-6PM
Free & Subsidized Private Space
Free private weekday workspace if booked within 48 hours.
Free private weekend workspace up to 2 weeks in advance.
*Fellows also get subsidized space for audience driven events and productions.
Free Onsite Audio, Visual, & Resource Package
Free use of Town Stages' integrated sound/lighting/projection equipment, piano(s), computers, tables, chairs, stage, music stands, and more.
Free Onsite Amenities
Lockers, Breakroom, Fridge, Snacks, Coffee, and Storage Space.
Social Network
The Fellowship is a non-competitive cohort of like-minded humans who often combine resources and tactics for projects.
Fellows are encouraged to take advantage of their exclusive access to Town events, roundtables, open dress rehearsals, festivals, conversations, and screenings.

Creative Fellowship Applications are reviewed by a mixed panel of Town Stages Leadership Team, Current Fellows & Board. Interviews and Site Visits will be conducted with semi-finalists before selections are made.
